Fresh Peach Juice

It’s still very summery here! The stone fruits are in season and so M picked some fresh peaches last weekend. But as usual the fruits bag was pushed to the back end of the refrigerator. But i should say they kept well for the week and this morning i noticed the bag as there were only few veggies clinging in there.
It was hot so decided to make a simple and soothing juice from the fresh peaches. I kept the ingredients very simple and i was even thinking whether to post it or not? But then this is my recipe diary and also a log of all the dishes i make. So here I am.
Ingredients:
Peaches-2 stoned
Lime juice-1 tsp
Ice cubes-10
Sugar/honey-as needed
How it Happened:
1. Wash the peaches, stone them and cut them into chunks.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well.
3. Serve chilled in a tall glass.

Notes:
*Adding sugar/ honey depends on your taste. Even you can avoid them. I added a tbsp of sugar.
*My peaches were very ripe so to cut thru’ the sweetness i added the lime juice but you can skip it.
*You can add coconut cream/ milk and make this to a milkshake. But make sure you don’t add lime juice.
*The ice cubes will certainly make the mix thin hence i didn’t add any water.
*I didn’t peel the skin as it has lots of vitamins and minerals and also its gets mashed up well.
